Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in CS, Information Security, Statistics, Mathematics, AI or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Prior experience in internet products, risk strategy, content safety, fraud prevention or related domains is a plus.
• Passion for solving large-scale, evolving adversarial problems with long-term thinking.

Responsibilities

• Drive community safety risk initiatives by identifying emerging risks and scaling strategies.
• Analyze signals (user behavior, content assets, graphs, device data, feedback) to uncover abuse patterns and build mitigation strategies.
• Design data-driven product strategies to evolve risk defense, balancing safety, UX and growth.
• Build scalable risk strategy capabilities adaptable across products and markets.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve end-to-end risk intelligence, governance and strategy.
• Explore AI Agent powered risk defense systems using LLMs and autonomous workflows for investigation, review, policy deployment and evolution.
• Work with product, engineering, operations, security and data science to resolve large-scale online risk challenges.
• Monitor evolving abuse trends, including fraud, scams, spam, fake engagement and coordinated abuse.
