Job summary

TikTok is seeking a senior AI risk engineer in Singapore to join BRIC and protect users, platform health, and ecosystem authenticity. You will lead risk-control algorithm design and real-time detection across multiple TikTok products, leveraging multimodal data and advanced AI to safeguard growth and trust.

You will work with engineering, product, advertising, and security teams to build scalable risk systems, perform PoCs, validate models, and deploy production solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in CS, maths, statistics, AI or related field.
• Strong ML/DL foundation with classification, ranking, sequence modeling, anomaly detection.
• Programming skills in Python, C++, or Go with PyTorch or TensorFlow experience.
• Analytical thinking, data intuition, and ability to design technical solutions and PoCs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end risk system development across TikTok Drama, TikTok AI, and Open Platform.
• Develop real-time risk detection models using multimodal data.
• Analyze abuse patterns and devise robust defense strategies.
• Drive research, PoC validation, and production implementation of AI safety tech.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy reusable risk capabilities.
