• Provide strategic advice to senior management and the portfolio management team on key decisions related to development or asset enhancements of the projects in Singapore or new markets.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring clear communications and transparency in approach.
• Deliver actionable insights to support decision making on development related matters which include project management deliverables, timing, and execution.
• Regular development related feedback and support to investment and portfolio team members.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job description

• Provide strategic advice to senior management and the portfolio management team on key decisions related to development or asset enhancements of the projects in Singapore or new markets, with an aim to optimising the value of the entire project. To work collaboratively with the various support and business teams to ensure overall alignment with the company’s investment objectives and market conditions
  
• Strategic Guidance and Decision Support:
