Job summary

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (SINGAPORE BRANCH) is seeking an experienced property development leader to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of development projects in Singapore. You will manage feasibility studies, design, tendering, construction, TOP, and project completion while coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, and government agencies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing property development projects in Singapore.
• Experience in residential developments such as EC, HDB, Condominium, or other residential projects is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Singapore's property development process, regulations, and project delivery requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
• Excellent project management, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
