Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Head of Projects in Singapore to lead a delivery team across M&E, FM, construction or critical environments. You will drive revenue through a robust pipeline, ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery, and ensure compliance with commercial agreements and statutory regulations.

The role emphasizes leadership, risk management, and strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners to optimise margins and performance across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10–12 years of relevant experience in M&E, FM, construction or critical environments.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• Experience running a P&L and managing bids, tenders and proposals.
• Strong leadership and ability to coach and develop a delivery team.
• Proven ability to secure projects and deliver on time within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to safely deliver projects and generate a sales pipeline.
• Oversee compliance with contracts, health & safety policies and statutory regulations.
• Manage monthly P&L, costs, and financial reporting for projects.
• Develop relationships with customers and supply partners to drive opportunities.
• Recruit, train and appraise project staff and ensure performance reviews.
