Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Head of Projects for F&B and retail development. The role manages a portfolio of physical outlets, from initial site planning and design coordination through contractor appointment, renovations and final openings.

You will collaborate with overseas design partners, landlords and internal teams to develop practical site designs and ensure timely, cost-conscious project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading renovation or fit-out projects for F&B or retail outlets.
• Ability to coordinate with design consultants, landlords and contractors.
• Strong understanding of approvals and licensing processes for renovations.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of new outlet renovations from planning to completion.
• Coordinate design reviews and recommendations with senior management.
• Source quotations, assess proposals and negotiate with contractors.
• Keep projects on track for cost, schedule, workmanship and readiness.
• Coordinate licensing and approvals following works.
• Manage maintenance across HQ and restaurant locations.
