Job summary

Profile Executive Search is partnering with a growing B2B technology company to appoint a Head of Product. You will lead the product strategy, roadmap and team across SaaS platforms, AI-enabled capabilities and hardware-integrated solutions.

You will drive development and commercialisation, leveraging customer insights and data to improve adoption, scalability and growth across digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Experienced B2B technology / SaaS product leader with a proven track record.
• Demonstrated experience in AI-driven product innovation and digital transformation.
• Experience managing hardware–software integrated products or connected devices.
• Exposure to transaction-led platforms, APIs, system integrations or high‑volume ecosystems would help.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate market opportunities into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end product strategy and roadmap from ideation to launch.
• Lead and develop the Product team, partnering with Engineering, Commercial and Operations.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and emerging tech to enhance functionality.
• Drive go‑to‑market launches, platform enhancements and commercial performance.
