Job summary

Atria is searching for its first Head of Product to define the strategy and lead its product development team. This role will involve working directly with the CEO to determine product direction and making critical decisions that impact the company’s future.

Ideal candidates will have 6–10+ years in product roles, experience in AI or B2B SaaS, and a passion for creating high-quality products. The position offers a competitive salary of $100k – $150k USD along with meaningful equity.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in product roles with analytics, AI, or B2B SaaS experience.
• Experience in early-stage environments with a focus on ambiguity and speed.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and visual.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Atria’s product strategy with the CEO.
• Translate user needs and data patterns into a focused roadmap.
• Lead product execution across design and engineering teams.
• Build and formalize early product development rituals.
• Act as the internal expert on customers in the tech space.
