Job summary

ec stem pte. ltd. seeks an experienced Head of Curriculum Specialist to guide curriculum development, instructional delivery, and expansion across Singapore for young learners aged 2–6.

The role blends educational leadership with business development and requires hands-on STEM program design and strong collaboration with preschool partners. You will build standardized lesson plans, lead model classes, mentor educators, and drive partnerships with schools and centers, ensuring high teaching

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in early childhood education, curriculum development, or school management.
• Experience as Principal, Vice-Principal, Head Teacher, Senior Curriculum Developer, or HOD is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience designing or teaching STEM, robotics, maker-space, or logic-thinking programs for young children.
• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, STEM-related fields, or equivalent; ECDA L2 leadership credentials advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum design, standardised lesson planning, and engagement for STEM programs aligned with ECDA/NEL frameworks.
• Mentor and manage a team of STEM educators and coordinate across multiple centers.
• Drive institutional partnerships with preschool principals and school owners to expand business.
• Oversee market insights to refine curriculum packages and go-to-market strategy.
