ASIA-LINK TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD operates a kindergarten centre in Singapore and seeks a senior leader to drive curriculum, enrolment and staff development. You will ensure high teaching standards and regulatory compliance while building strong parent relations.

The role requires deep knowledge of ECDA requirements, leadership across operations, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related discipline.
• Recognised early childhood leadership qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably including preschool management.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore preschool operations and ECDA requirements.
• Strong leadership, enrolment, communication and operational management skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong English communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous for communication with Mandarin-speaking parents and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Chairman in the planning, management and development of kindergarten operations, including curriculum implementation, enrolment, parent relations, staff management and administration.
• Develop and execute centre operational plans in accordance with Board and company objectives.
• Lead student recruitment initiatives and continuously improve enrolment conversion through data-driven planning.
• Oversee curriculum implementation and teaching quality to ensure ECDA compliance.
• Lead staff training, performance management and professional development.
• Review and optimise centre operating procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Build strong relationships with parents and handle significant operational and parent-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with ECDA, MOM, workplace safety and other applicable regulatory requirements.
