Star Learners Group Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Preschool Educator to elevate teaching practices, design innovative learning experiences and mentor a team for children aged 18 months to 6 years.

You will lead implementation of the Starbeam Framework, review learning documentation, support classroom management, and partner with families to support children's development while upholding health and safety standards.

Competenze

Diploma required in EC Care & Education (Teaching) or equivalent.
ECDA L2 certification required.
Minimum 10 years of experience as an L2 Preschool Educator.

Mansioni

Lead and guide implementation of the Starbeam™ Framework.
Develop learning materials and initiatives that enhance the classroom experience.
Review and support documentation and evaluation of children's learning.
Mentor educators on classroom management and engagement strategies.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, nutrition and hygiene standards.
