Job summary

DELIVERY HERO APAC PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Head of Partner Growth to define and execute affordability initiatives across 16 Pandora markets, including Foodpanda brands.

You will lead a seven-person team spanning Strategy, Product enablement, and Performance, sitting at the nexus of commercial strategy and product development. You will shape the vendor growth strategy across APAC and Europe, forecast KPIs, and deploy data-driven playbooks to local teams, while aligning central and regional

Qualifications

• Experience: 8-10+ years of progressive leadership in strategy, tech, e-commerce, or marketplace settings.
• Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, unit economics, pricing, and promotional efficiency.
• Extensive international exposure across multiple countries or regions (APAC/Europe).
• Ability to navigate matrix organizations and align central teams with regional execution.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data and A/B tests into strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the overarching vendor growth and affordability strategy across APAC and Europe.
• Lead a team of 7, mentoring direct reports in Strategy, Product enablement, and Performance.
• Oversee forecasting, KPI targets, and deploy data-backed growth playbooks to local sales teams.
• Guide affordability product roadmap and translate regional constraints into impactful features.
• Direct PMO and governance for performance, diagnostics, and scaling initiatives.
• Manage relationships between central, regional, and local leadership to ensure alignment.
• Own the commercial impact of affordability programs and campaigns.
