Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Head of Nursing/Senior Nurse Manager to lead the nursing division, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive care excellence across facilities.

You will manage budgets, mentor care staff, and collaborate with the care team to deliver resident-centered outcomes, while guiding quality improvement initiatives.

This role requires strong leadership, an advanced diploma, and at least 5 years in a senior nursing leadership position.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years experience as Head of Nursing/Senior Nurse Manager
• Possess an advanced diploma certificate (any discipline also can)

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day operations within nursing homes; monitor compliance to SOPs and policies.
• Track and review Nursing KPIs; identify improvements and gaps.
• Lead or participate in quality and continuous improvement projects to raise care standards.
• Collaborate with care team to achieve best resident outcomes.
• Plan and control manpower budget.
• Participate in recruitment, orientation, training and performance management of care staff.
• Oversee progress of projects involving new facilities, processes or programmes.
• Research and prepare proposals for management review.
• Contribute to other areas of the company as needed.
