Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a seasoned Manufacturing & Production leader to own site operations, drive profitability, and champion continuous improvement. You will optimize manpower, machinery and materials to achieve peak productivity and on-time, high-quality outputs the business depends on.

The role requires a track record of setting up and scaling manufacturing operations in EMS or contract manufacturing, with SMT/process/test engineering exposure and a willingness to relocate to Vietnam.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a contract manufacturing/EMS environment.
• Experience in setting up and managing manufacturing plant operations from scratch / greenfield.
• Technical background in SMT, Process and Test engineering.
• Willing to relocate to Vietnam for the role permanently.

Responsibilities

• Own Manufacturing Operations profitability and spearhead the factory site in supporting Company & business development.
• Optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, material and other resources to deliver operation excellence.
• Drive on-time shipment & quality products to meet customer expectation.
• Drive and manage Continuous Improvement programs in cycle time reduction, indirect material utilization, material attrition and product quality yield.
• Develop efficiency strategies and continuous improvement plans to meet production goals.
