5G-Starlink Pte. Foreman position overseeing daily plant operations and shift leadership. You will direct process operators and ensure safe, efficient production, coordinating priorities with the Plant Manager.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of supervisory experience in an industrial setting, with strong communication, teamwork, and mechanical aptitude, emphasizing safety and quality.

This role requires physical stamina and hands-on maintenance to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in an industrial or plant setting.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a rendering facility, preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Safety-conscious with detail-oriented approach.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily plant operations as directed by Plant Manager.
• Supervise operators and others on shift; ensure safe operations.
• Manage logistics of raw materials and finish feed; ensure QA.
• Ensure accuracy of production reporting for assigned shifts.
• Monitor employee hours; report inefficiencies; promote productivity.
• Maintain plant cleanliness; uphold safety rules.
• All other duties as assigned.
