Job summary

Aon is seeking a Data & Analytics Lead, Global Benefits APAC, based in Singapore, to advise multinational clients on medical claims utilization, cost management and funding strategies. You will partner with client teams, insurers and internal experts to design, implement and optimize benefit programs aligned with client risk and people objectives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in employee benefits or related fields with multinational clients.
• Strong analytics and cost-management expertise.
• Proven experience with global benefits funding arrangements including pooling or captives.

Responsibilities

• Advise multinational clients on healthcare and risk benefit strategy.
• Interpret data to provide actionable recommendations for HR, Finance, and Risk.
• Lead client meetings, workshops, and presentations explaining analyses.
• Define and execute data and analytics roadmap for global benefits.
• Develop models and benchmarks to identify cost drivers and savings.
• Translate analytics into executive-ready dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with insurers, TPAs, and internal teams to scale pilots.
