Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Quick Commerce & Partnerships Analytics team, influencing strategy across 16 markets and delivering actionable insights. You will mentor junior analysts and help scale AI-driven analytics in a high-visibility role.

This role requires strong SQL, Python, data modeling, and data visualization skills, with experience in BigQuery, dbt, Looker or Tableau. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics with a strong focus on SQL, Python, data modeling, and data visualization.
• 3+ years supporting Quick Commerce, Operations, Supply Chain, or Commercial teams; driving data-driven optimizations.
• Proficiency with advanced SQL (BigQuery) and experience in Looker or Tableau; dbt/Airflow a plus.
• Strong statistical analysis and data modeling background.
• Experience mentoring analysts and communicating insights to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Strategic analysis and causal impact modeling to measure ROI on quick commerce investments.
• Engage stakeholders across senior teams to translate analytics into strategy.
• Develop complex SQL models and transform large datasets into actionable insights.
• Design dashboards and reports (Looker/Tableau) for executives and functional leaders.
• Mentor junior analysts and drive AI-powered analytics initiatives.
