OPUS IT SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Senior IT Manager to own the IT function for the Singapore office, lead a small local team, manage vendor and budget strategy, and ensure IT security, compliance and service quality for about 70 on-site users including expatriates.

You will be the key liaison between HQ and local business, work closely with Korean-speaking HQ management, and drive IT operations, asset and license management, and Gen AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT operations, service desk or infrastructure management, ideally multinational.
• 3+ years in team lead or people management.
• Experience managing IT budgets and vendor contracts, including negotiation and renewal.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop the local IT team; set priorities and service standards.
• Define local IT roadmap aligned with HQ and business needs.
• Own annual IT investment proposal and budget across devices, network, servers, security and services; track spend.
• Report IT performance, risks and project status to local management and HQ.
• Own contract lifecycle for IT services, hardware and maintenance; RFQ and renewal.
• Coordinate approvals and procurement with Sales, Legal, Finance and HQ.
• Oversee asset records with Finance (SAP for capitalization) and renewal tracking.
