Job summary

Kerry Consulting Pte Ltd is recruiting an experienced IAM professional to lead and enhance enterprise IGA capabilities. The role focuses on identity lifecycle management, access governance, and automation across the organisation, with emphasis on RBAC, SoD and ITDR.

You will work with security and business teams to strengthen the enterprise security posture and drive measurable IAM improvements. The ideal candidate has 7–9 years of cybersecurity experience, including 3 years in IAM/IGA, plus

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related field.
• 7–9 years overall cybersecurity experience with at least 3 years IAM/IGA.
• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle, access certification and entitlement management.
• Experience with audits and addressing IAM-related control findings.
• Familiarity with SailPoint, Saviynt or equivalent IAM platforms.
• Working knowledge of AD, Windows/Linux, databases, AWS/Azure; SQL scripting.
• Exposure to non-human identities and ITDR is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications such as CISSP or CIAM are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and ongoing management of enterprise IGA processes (JML, provisioning, recertification).
• Establish identity governance across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Drive RBAC, least privilege, SoD and access remediation initiatives.
• Partner with cybersecurity teams on identity-related threats and remediation.
• Oversee IAM governance, regulatory compliance, audits and control assurance.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve IAM efficiency and scalability.
• Develop IAM risk and performance metrics for regular reporting to management.
• Collaborate with technology, security and business stakeholders to advance IAM initiatives.
