in Singapore seeks an Identity Services Manager (IAM/IGA/PAM) to lead a multi-year security managed services engagement with a public sector client, overseeing IAM, IGA, PAM and identity operations on-site. You will drive identity architecture reviews, governance, incident and vulnerability management, risk assessments, and operational reporting, coordinating with the client, subcontractors and security organisations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT security experience in large organisations.
• Service mgmt across IAM, IGA, PAM and identity operations.
• Identity architecture review and security governance.
• Incident, problem and vulnerability management.
• Account/access review governance.
• Operational reporting, documentation and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Identity Services engagement.
• Review identity architecture and design relevance.
• Provide architecture/design consultation within fixed maintenance scope.
• Oversee security, implementation and testing.
• Maintain policies, reports, action plans and service documentation.
• Oversee incident/problem investigations, records, immediate reporting, workarounds and recurrence prevention.
• Coordinate with client, third-party contractors and security organisations.
• Recommend enhancements based on emerging identity risks and solutions.
• Drive implementation and maintenance of AI features.
