We arelooking for an experienced HR leader to build and lead our global HR function,support international growth, and establish consistent, scalable peoplepractices across our businesses.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-onexecution. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management tobuild the HR team, attract talent, and develop the policies and processesneeded to support a multinational organization.

Key Responsibilities
Global HR Leadership and Team Building
  • Develop and implement a global HR strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and growth plans.
  • Build, lead, and develop the HR team, defining responsibilities, service standards, and priorities across locations.
  • Partner with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
  • Coordinate HR activities across all six markets, balancing global consistency with local requirements.
Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, including headcount planning, sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer management.
  • Work with hiring managers to establish clear job requirements and effective selection processes.
  • Develop recruitment channels and strengthen the company’s employer brand to attract technical, commercial, and leadership talent.
  • Oversee employment documentation, pre-employment processes, onboarding, and probation reviews to ensure a smooth employee experience.
HR Policies, Processes, and Systems
  • Establish and continuously improve HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures.
  • Build practical processes covering recruitment, onboarding, leave and attendance, performance management, internal mobility, and offboarding.
  • Implement and improve HR systems, employee records, and reporting to support accurate, efficient operations.
  • Oversee employment compliance and employee data privacy in partnership with local HR teams, legal advisers, and external providers.
Performance, Compensation, and Employee Relations
  • Develop performance review frameworks, goal-setting processes, and career development pathways.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits structures, salary reviews, bonus processes, and payroll coordination.
  • Manage employee relations and support managers in resolving workplace issues fairly and professionally.
  • Promote a collaborative, accountable, and inclusive culture across offices.
  • Provide management with actionable insights on hiring, retention, workforce costs, and employee engagement.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential
  • Substantial, progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility in a multinational or fast-growing organization.
  • Proven experience building an HR team and establishing HR policies and processes from the ground up.
  • Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Experience overseeing HR across multiple countries or regions and working with local specialists on employment requirements.
  • Strong business judgment, communication skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • A practical, proactive approach and the ability to move between strategic planning and day-to-day execution.
  • Professional fluency in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred
  • HR experience within a publicly listed company, with an understanding of corporate governance, internal controls, and structured reporting.
  • Experience in cloud services, cloud infrastructure, data centers, SaaS, enterprise software, telecommunications, or a related technology business.
  • Experience recruiting for technical and commercial roles in the technology sector.
  • Exposure to HR operations in several of our markets: the United States, Canada, China, Singapore, Thailand, and Hong Kong.
  • Need to travel to other business locations as required to support the Group’s HR strategy,
Compensation and Benefits
  • 13-month salary package, plus a performance-based bonus.
