Job summary

AIG Asia Pacific Insurance Pte. Ltd. invites an experienced leader to become Head of Group Accident & Health (A&H). You will lead the Group A&H team, shape growth strategies, drive profitability, and manage relationships with clients, brokers, and partners across the region.

In this role you will set underwriting and distribution approaches, ensure compliance, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver value for clients and AIG's A&H portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in Group Accident & Health sales/business development/underwriting.
• Proven ability to develop and strengthen relationships with intermediaries and corporate clients.
• Strong understanding of Group A&H products and underwriting methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Group Accident & Health team and lead growth strategies.
• Be fully accountable for P&L of the Group A&H business.
• Develop distribution solutions and maintain client/broker relationships at senior levels.
• Ensure underwriting procedures and compliance are followed.
