Job summary

AIG is seeking a Head of Group Business, Accident & Health (A&H) in Singapore to lead a high-performing team and drive growth while shaping the future of A&H. You will develop distribution strategies, oversee P&L, and maintain senior relationships with clients, brokers and reinsurers.

This role requires strategic leadership, strong communication, and a customer-centric mindset, with in-office collaboration being a valued aspect of our culture at AIG.

Qualifications

• Experience in Group Accident & Health sales, underwriting or business development.
• Strong knowledge of Group A&H products and underwriting methods.
• Proven ability to build relationships with brokers, agents, and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group A&H team and drive growth with P&L accountability.
• Develop distribution strategies for growth in Group A&H space.
• Maintain relationships with clients, brokers, reinsurers and other stakeholders at executive levels.
• Underwrite and manage Group BTA & GPA and corporate business within underwriting guidelines.
• Ensure compliance and timely reporting to internal stakeholders.
• Handle ad-hoc projects as needed.
