Job summary

Coda Payments Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Director of People Operations to lead the global people operations team, overseeing payroll, compliance, mobility, onboarding and offboarding to ensure fast, reliable employee experiences.

Reporting to the SVP of People, you will scale a 600+ workforce across 20+ countries, implement scalable processes, partner with senior leaders, and drive SLAs and CSAT while maintaining strong controls and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of people operations experience with distributed teams.
• Experience scaling operations in a mid-size to large global company (500–1000 employees).
• Ability to navigate multi-jurisdiction employment laws across APAC and EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a global people operations team across payroll, compliance, mobility, onboarding and offboarding.
• Define SLAs for people ops requests and improve CSAT and employee journey.
• Partner with senior leaders and other HR domains (talent development, total rewards).
• Play a key role in M&A due diligence and integration activities.
