VISIONPOWER SEMICONDUCTOR MANUFACTURING COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Fixed Assets and CAPEX Section Manager to oversee end-to-end asset management, CAPEX planning, and grant-powered assets.

You will lead the Fixed Assets team, ensure proper capitalization, depreciation, and asset verification, and provide analysis to support strategic decisions and governance. Responsibilities include establishing internal controls, coordinating with business units and auditors, driving process

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance.
Professional accounting qualification preferred.
Minimum 5 years of Fixed Assets and/or CAPEX accounting experience.
At least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Experience with IFRS and US GAAP.

Responsibilities

Lead the Fixed Assets team with coaching and guidance.
Establish, implement, improve internal controls for fixed assets, CAPEX and cash flow management.
Partner with business units and stakeholders for CAPEX planning and asset management.
Oversee complete fixed asset lifecycle incl. capitalization, depreciation, impairment, transfer, retirement, disposal.
Review and approve capitalization of capital projects ensuring IFRS/US GAAP compliance.
Monitor CAPEX spending and grant-funded projects against budgets.
Manage grants accounting including tracking and reporting requirements.
Ensure accurate recording and reporting of fixed assets, CAPEX, and grant-related transactions in ERP systems.
Coordinate periodic asset sighting exercises and inventories to verify asset existence.
Investigate asset discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Prepare management reports on assets, CAPEX investments and cash flow performance.
