Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking a Manager/Deputy Manager, Facilities Management & Operations to lead a team of executives and service contractors across multiple premises. You will own all related systems, conduct site inspections, budgeting, tender specifications, and procurement of services to ensure reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in facilities management or engineering, with strong ACMV/mechanical background.
• Experience in commercial office environments and large-scale FM operations.
• Experience in data analytics for smart FM technologies and building maintenance.
• Proven leadership and service-delivery track record.
• Knowledge of M&E maintenance, vendor management, and building regulations.
• BCA Energy Auditor or Singapore Certified Energy Manager certifications are a plus.
• Willing to work weekends and after hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of executives and service contractors for facilities management across multiple premises.
• Oversee site inspections, cost analysis, budgeting, and tender specifications.
• Procure services and manage responses to feedback and ad-hoc decisions.
• Review processes to enhance operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor electrical and mechanical systems, data from IoT sensors, and energy dashboards.
• Ensure high service levels and timely closure of maintenance requests.
• Coordinate relocation and transition of offices as needed.
