Summit Talent Pte. Ltd. is recruiting for a Senior F&B / Hotel General Management role in Singapore. You will oversee the hotel’s restaurants, bars, banquet operations and other F&B outlets, driving strategies to maximize revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction.

The role requires extensive F&B operations experience at senior leadership level, with strong financial management and people management skills to lead outlet managers and ensure service and safety standards.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, F&B Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in hotel F&B.
• Extensive F&B operations experience, including senior leadership.
• Strong financial management, commercial and people management skills.
• Proven ability to improve operational performance and guest experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the hotel’s restaurants, bars, banquet operations and other F&B outlets.
• Develop business strategies to maximize revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Manage departmental budgets, operating costs, service standards and manpower planning.
• Lead outlet managers and ensure compliance with food safety and service requirements.
