Job summary
BYD Singapore is seeking an experienced Head of EV Charging & Infrastructure to guide strategy, commercial performance, and expansion of our Singapore EV charging network. The role oversees business development, partnerships, deployment, and governance to ensure strong operational and customer outcomes.
Candidates should bring a degree in engineering or related fields and at least 8 years in EV charging, utilities, or related industries, with strong leadership and stakeholder-management
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of relevant experience, with leadership in EV charging or related sectors.
- Strong commercial, business development and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to deploy infrastructure, manage projects, and monitor KPIs.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese for diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, business plan, budget and commercial performance of the EV charging network.
- Drive business development, tariff strategy, key accounts and partnerships.
- Manage relationships with landlords, site owners, utilities and major customers.
- Oversee deployment and expansion of charging sites with timelines and budgets.
- Monitor KPIs: uptime, utilisation, revenue, costs and customer experience.
- Ensure governance for regulatory compliance, licensing, safety and risks.
