Job summary

BYD Singapore is seeking a Supercharge Operations Executive to support daily operations of the charging network, monitor performance, coordinate maintenance, and handle administrative tasks. You will help ensure high service reliability and customer satisfaction across BYD's charging infrastructure.

The role requires a diploma or degree in a relevant engineering or facilities discipline, with at least 2 years in operations or technical support, and strong coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operations, facilities, electrical systems, or technical support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor charging station performance and system alerts to ensure continuous operation
• Coordinate fault reporting, troubleshoot issues, and schedule maintenance to minimize downtime
• Track charger uptime and KPIs to evaluate network efficiency
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management
• Assist in charger deployment, testing, and handover activities
• Maintain maintenance records and regulatory documentation
