GetGo Technologies in Singapore seeks a Director of Engineering to lead the engineering organisation and drive a scalable, reliable technical roadmap across mobile, web, backend, and platform teams.

You will build a high-performance organisation, establish best-practice delivery, quality, and security, and partner with Product and Operations to deliver impactful mobility solutions at scale in a fast-growing market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with leadership roles.
• Proven track record improving delivery performance and architecture.
• Strong operating, commercial, and cost judgement.
• Excellent communication and influence across senior leadership.

Responsabilités

• Set and execute the Engineering strategy with a 12-month roadmap spanning delivery, architecture, platform evolution, quality, reliability, and security.
• Own engineering performance, capacity planning, and delivery practices.
• Build a high-performing Engineering organisation with cross-functional teams.
• Guide evolution of technology architecture balancing near-term delivery and debt remediation.
• Elevate quality, observability, and release controls across the lifecycle.
• Manage Engineering investments, cost efficiency, and partner alignment.
• Apply AI across planning, development, testing, and operations with oversight.
• Lead as a cross-functional partner with Product, Design, Data, and Operations.
