GetGo Technologies is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and grow a full-stack engineering team across web, mobile, and QA practices in Singapore. You will drive architectural decisions, set quality standards, and partner with Product, Design, and QA to deliver scalable, secure platforms.

Competenze

• 9+ years in software development with 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading multi-level full-stack engineering teams.
• Proficiency across front-end and back-end technologies and cloud-native architectures.
• Familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS/Android) and cross-platform frameworks.
• Experience with Agile environments, JIRA workflows, and quarterly planning.
• Strong QA mindset with test automation experience.

• Lead and grow a multi-level, full-stack engineering team including Technical Leads, Senior Engineers, and QA Engineers.
• Own quarter-by-quarter planning and resource allocation across product lines.
• Partner with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering Leadership to align priorities and feasibility.
• Drive architectural decisions across front-end, back-end, and mobile platforms.
• Champion QA by setting test strategy and quality standards.
