Changi Airports International Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Manager, Employee Digital Experience to lead and drive service excellence across End User Computing, Digital Workplace Technologies, and cybersecurity for employee systems. You will shape IT service management practices, modernize platforms, and collaborate with stakeholders to boost productivity and experience.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for technology.

Formación

• 10–15 years of IT leadership experience in workplace technology, infrastructure, or service management.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• ITIL certification is preferred.
• Experience delivering technology modernization and service-improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage End User Computing, Digital Workplace Technologies, Cybersecurity for employee systems, and corporate servers and networks.
• Establish and mature IT service management capabilities (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Continual Improvement).
• Drive modernization initiatives across workplace computing, collaboration platforms, infrastructure and network services.
• Guide digital transformation to boost employee productivity and experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and solutions.
• Govern workplace and infrastructure platforms, including cloud services, identity, and endpoint management, aligned with standards.
• Partner with business stakeholders to align technology with organisational priorities.
• Manage vendor and MSP performance with reviews and governance.
• Establish metrics and dashboards to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Support cybersecurity compliance and promote best practices.
