Job summary

Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) is seeking a dynamic communications professional to join the Communications and Engagement team. You will help formulate and implement CSA’s communications strategies and manage the agency’s digital media channels while engaging public and private sector stakeholders.

Responsibilities include promoting CSA initiatives, overseeing websites and social channels, designing integrated plans and analysing awareness surveys to refine outreach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and communications including digital communications, media relations or public engagement.
• Experience in public and/or private sector communications targeted at consumers, government or industry.
• Understanding of multi-channel communications and new media trends.

Responsibilities

• Promote and publicise CSA’s initiatives and programmes through owned and earned publicity.
• Oversee CSA’s digital channels including websites and social media.
• Design and develop integrated communications plans and social media strategies.
• Optimise content for different channels to maximise reach and engagement.
• Oversee awareness surveys and review CSA social media performance to guide interventions.
• Manage appointed agencies and vendors for timely, high-quality work.
