Job summary

The Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) is seeking a Cybersecurity Consultant to conduct horizon scanning and AI security assessments. You will participate in assessing new AI security developments and provide technical advice on risks, mitigations, and best practices for government agencies and critical information infrastructures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field is required.
• Certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, SANS are desirable and indicate security testing proficiency.
• Experience with security testing methodologies and threat modelling is expected.

Responsibilities

• Developing methodologies for assessing security risks of AI systems and designing robust security architectures.
• Conducting hands-on security testing and assessments of AI systems and components, identifying vulnerabilities.
• Developing technical guidance for secure adoption of AI technologies and de-risking AI adoption for agencies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and agencies to address AI security challenges.
• Apply knowledge of AI tech (ML, GenAI, Agentic AI) and security frameworks to risk assessments.
• Maintain familiarity with AI security standards (MITRE ATLAS, OWASP).
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work within WoG forums to provide technical advice on AI security risks and mitigations.
