Job summary

You will drive AI-powered analytics for predictive maintenance, implement BIM/VDC workflows, and oversee smart site technologies such as IoT, robotics, and drones, while guiding change and stakeholder collaboration with agencies like BCA and IMDA.

• AI & Data Analytics:Deploy AI-driven solutions for predictive maintenance, project risk assessment, and automated quantity surveying to enhance decision-making.
• Operational Excellence:Redesign workflows usingBIM (Building Information Modeling)andVDC (Virtual Design and Construction)to ensure seamless data flow from office to site.
• Smart Site Management:Oversee the adoption of IoT, robotics, and drone technology to improve site safety and progress monitoring.
• Change Management:Cultivate a digital-first culture by upskilling the workforce and managing the transition from manual to automated processes.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with BCA, IMDA, and external vendors to leverage grants and ensure compliance with local digital standards.
