Job summary

The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) is seeking a strategic product leader to drive Singapore's digital transformation in the construction sector. You will lead platforms that underpin certification, material entry, and payments flow, coordinating with multiple agencies to deliver high-impact initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in product management or a similar role.
• Experience writing product specs and working with agile development teams.
• Proven ability to work across teams to deliver product features.
• Comfortable with basic data analysis and user research.

Responsibilities

• Support Product leaders in defining product goals, priorities, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other functions to execute product initiatives.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
• Write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Help manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and day-to-day delivery.
• Monitor product performance and assist in tracking key metrics.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements and efficiencies.
• Communicate updates, blockers, and progress to internal teams.
• Stay close to users and market trends to help the team stay informed.
