Standard Chartered Singapore seeks a senior Data Lead to own the Data agenda across CIB Coverage, Global Banking and SPM, ensuring strong data risk management and effective data use across the global footprint.

You will design and deliver data strategies, build new data capabilities to support business growth, and coordinate with Business Leadership and data governance COEs to execute Data Governance, Insights & Analytics book of work.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years’ experience in Data Management, Governance, Analytics or Risk in financial services.
• Experience of leading and solving bespoke CIB data problems
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk and data governance frameworks.
• Experience in Coverage Banking (change or operations)
• Strong understanding of analytics delivery best practice
• Proven experience working with regulators, auditors, and senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Define and embed enterprise data strategy across CIB Coverage, Global Banking and SPM.
• Lead data governance, analytics and data management initiatives with the CIB COEs.
• Advise senior stakeholders on data strategy, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure data quality, risk controls and regulatory obligations are met across the organization.
• Collaborate with Technology, Compliance and Risk to deliver the data agenda.
• Foster a data-driven culture and enable scalable analytics solutions across the bank.
