Citigroup Inc. is seeking an experienced, strategically minded leader to head the Strategy, Execution & Transformation (SET) function within Cyber Security Operations.

You will connect cyber strategy to day-to-day delivery, own the Book of Work across SOC, OSVM, and CSFC, and build a transparent metrics and communications engine for leadership visibility. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience required; Master's preferred.
• Progressive experience in program/portfolio management, strategy execution, governance, or transformation.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in large global organizations.
• Experience building or operating Book of Work, PMO, or portfolio governance frameworks.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and governance bodies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end governance of Cyber Security strategic objectives with KPIs and risk alignment.
• Direct Book of Work governance framework with real-time initiative progress and resources.
• Lead lifecycle of strategic objectives from definition to review and improvement.
• Oversee metrics definition, approvals, monthly reporting, and KPI publication.
• Establish metric governance controls and ensure data integrity and auditability.
• Ensure monthly leadership reporting and quarterly/annual reviews of strategy objectives.
• Orchestrate governance forums for portfolio reviews and strategic assessments.
