Job summary

Group-IB is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Cyber Intelligence to own the product line strategy and lead a team of Product Managers. You will bridge company direction and customer value, translating objectives into actionable roadmaps and disciplined discovery practices.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive pricing, packaging, and commercial outcomes. You will report to the Chief Product Officer and can base yourself in EMEA or APAC, contributing to a global cybersecurity

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning a product line or portfolio.
• Ability to translate company OKRs into product priorities and align PM goals.
• Strong discovery discipline and evidence-based decision making.
• Experience with pricing and packaging in B2B software.
• Leadership experience coaching Product Managers.

Responsibilities

• Own 2–3 year vision and 12-month roadmap for the product line.
• Decide investments, maintenance, and sunsetting for products.
• Translate OKRs into product priorities and align PM goals.
• Set the discovery agenda and define evidence standards.
• Define pricing architecture and deal-level mechanics.
• Directly manage PMs with coaching and development.
• Partner with Sales/Revenue and Regional Heads for pipeline alignment.
• Conduct win/loss analysis to inform strategy.
• Provide a stable, credible roadmap to commercial teams.
