Job summary

X-PHY is seeking a Technical Product Manager to bridge technology, customer needs and business strategy, driving the development and commercialization of cybersecurity solutions.

You will own the product lifecycle from market understanding to strategy, working with R&D, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Sales, and Marketing to translate complex tech into market-ready requirements and lead product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience, with experience in Product Management, Product Development, Solutions Engineering, Technical Product Management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, enterprise technology, embedded systems, storage technology, hardware security or related technical products.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear customer and business requirements.
• Experience working closely with engineering or R&D teams to deliver technology products.
• Experience preparing product requirements, specifications, roadmaps, user stories or product documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder and project management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from understanding market and customer requirements to defining product strategy, working closely with engineering, supporting product launches and enabling the commercial team.
• Work cross-functionally with R&D, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Sales, Business Development, Marketing and Management to translate complex technologies into clear product requirements, compelling solutions and successful market offerings.
• Lead product launch preparation together with Sales, Marketing and Engineering teams, and develop product documentation, presentations and sales enablement materials.
• Track product adoption, customer feedback and product performance after launch and adjust strategy accordingly.
