Group-IB seeks a senior Product Leader to own the Cyber Intelligence product line, steering strategy, roadmaps, and a PM team. You will bridge company direction with customer value, deciding investments, maintenance, and sunsetting while partnering with the Chief Product Officer.

You will manage discovery, pricing, packaging, and cross-functional partnerships to deliver impact and measurable product health across the portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Track record of owning a product line or portfolio and managing a team of Product Managers.
• Ability to define a 2–3 year vision and a focused 12-month roadmap with business cases.
• Rigorous discovery process with clear evidence standards and decision criteria.
• Pricing and packaging expertise to create sellable product configurations.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Domain experience in cyber threat intelligence or cybersecurity.

Aufgaben

• Own and maintain a 2–3 year vision and a 12-month roadmap for the product line.
• Decide which products to invest in, maintain, or sunset with evidence-based rationale.
• Translate company OKRs into product-line priorities and align with company objectives.
• Set the discovery agenda and define evidence standards for decisions.
• Package capabilities into sellable products with pricing architecture.
• Directly manage Product Managers and develop their capabilities through coaching.
• Partner with Sales/Revenue and Regional Heads for pipeline-informed product decisions.
