Job summary

A leading crypto exchange in Singapore is seeking a Commercial Director to lead their commercial activities in NEA. The role requires someone with at least 10 years in the Crypto or Traditional Finance sectors and exceptional leadership and communication skills. You will develop and execute commercial strategies, manage key client relationships, and lead partnership negotiations, contributing to the overall growth of the company. Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Crypto or Traditional Finance sectors, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of futures and options products, market dynamics, market data and indices.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful commercial strategies in the derivatives space.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategy for OKX in NEA.
• Manage relationships with key clients in the NEA ensuring positive customer experience.
• Lead partnership work in NEA by identifying and negotiating with the right partners.
