Zusammenfassung

OKX is seeking a Product Manager focused on growth within the TradingView ecosystem. You will identify high-potential segments, define the how traders should choose OKX, and partner with engineering and TradingView to drive growth through activation, retention, and conversion.

You will validate hypotheses via research and experiments, shape the roadmap, and own outcomes across new trader acquisition, first trades, and ongoing trading activity, leveraging cross-functional teams and ecosystem

Qualifikationen

• Relevant product management experience in trading, fintech, or digital assets.
• Proven growth strategy and ability to improve acquisition, trading conversion, retention, or revenue.
• Strong commercial judgment and growth strategy skills.
• Strong analytical and experimentation skills.
• Understanding of trading products and their commercial drivers.
• Experience delivering products involving technical integration (APIs, integrations).
• Strong English communication and cross-functional execution skills.

Aufgaben

• Define Growth Strategy and Business Opportunity within the TradingView ecosystem, building hypotheses and business cases.
• Understand users and trading conversion journeys through interviews, data, and community feedback.
• Validate growth hypotheses with measurable experiments across acquisition, account connection, first trade, and retention.
• Drive go-to-market and partnerships with marketing, regional, lifecycle, and TradingView teams.
• Translate growth insights into product roadmaps, PRDs, and engineering priorities for API integrations and data synchronization.
• Own metrics for newly acquired traders, first-trade conversion, active traders, and revenue contribution.
