Job summary

Visa is seeking an experienced product leader to drive transformative crypto-related products across Asia Pacific. You will partner with Global Product and Technology teams to localize offerings, run pilots, and scale solutions for major clients while navigating regulatory and risk considerations.

The role requires deep fintech/crypto domain knowledge, a track record in high-growth environments, and strong strategic and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management, product development or commercialization in fintech/payments/crypto or financial services
• Proven track record building and delivering complex solutions in a digital currency/fintech environment
• Significant knowledge of digital currency ecosystem, blockchain tech and cross-border payments
• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field

Responsibilities

• Identify and build transformative products in Asia Pacific and enhance current products delivering value to APAC clients
• Localize and deploy global Crypto products across Asia Pacific markets with Global Product and Tech teams
• Expand pilots, partnerships and scale emerging crypto product lines from PoC to GTM
• Support end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to market validation, pilot, launch and scale
• Incorporate market feedback into product enhancements and roadmaps
• Coordinate pilot-to-production transitions and support commercial scaling
• Collaborate with legal, risk and compliance on crypto product assessments
• Support licensing reviews and regulatory submissions across APAC markets
• Stay updated on crypto developments and regulatory changes to adapt products
