CACEIS-Gruppe is seeking a Head of Compliance (M/F) for the Singapore Branch. The role involves acting as MLRO and Compliance Officer for the business and administered Funds, ensuring robust AML/CFT controls and regulatory alignment across the organization.

Key responsibilities include investigating SARs, risk assessments, control plan development, and regulatory liaison. The role demands strong leadership, communication skills, and a proactive risk-based approach.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance framework such as funds services and CI/IFs.
• Experience in AML/CFT and regulatory reporting.
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice to business.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Proactive risk-based mindset with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Act as MLRO and Compliance Officer for the Singapore Branch and administered Funds.
• Investigate internal SARs submitted from the Business Line.
• Develop and maintain client and Fund risk assessments and control plans.
• Ensure timely testing and review of compliance controls.
• Liaise with Group Compliance and local regulator on issues.
