Job summary

CapitaLand Ascendas REIT is seeking a results-driven General Manager for The Workshop to lead the overall business, operations and growth strategy across multiple locations. You will drive occupancy, revenue and a vibrant member community, while guiding a team of Community Development professionals.

You will spearhead partnerships, marketing and service innovations to strengthen market position, and oversee budgeting, forecasting and cost management to maximise value creation and long-term

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field.
• Experience in coworking, flexible workspace or commercial real estate.
• Proven track record in driving occupancy and revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and financial management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead The Workshop business strategy and occupancy targets across locations.
• Drive membership growth and partnerships to boost revenue.
• Oversee operations, service consistency and member experience.
• Develop and coach Community Development team.
