CapitaLand Investment Limited is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead The Workshop coworking platform across several locations. You will drive occupancy, revenue growth, and member experience while building strategic partnerships and managing a high‑performing Community Development team.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting and operational excellence, ensuring consistent service and a vibrant business community that supports collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related discipline.
• Experience in coworking, flexible workspace, or real estate operations.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall business strategy and performance of The Workshop locations, including occupancy and revenue.
• Drive membership acquisition, retention and partnerships to grow the ecosystem.
• Oversee operations, service quality and a differentiated member experience across all sites.
• Develop and coach the Community Development team to deliver a high‑performance culture.

As General Manager, The Workshop, you will lead the overall business, operations and growth strategy across multiple locations.
