Job summary

Citco Fund Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd. seeks a Vice President, Institutional Services to manage key client relationships and drive strategic initiatives across fund administration products. You will collaborate with Client Integration and operations teams to onboard new clients and deliver superior service.

The role requires strong leadership, finance domain knowledge, and a track record of cross-selling services within complex client portfolios in a fast-paced environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master level degree in accounting, finance, economics or professional accounting designation.
• 5-7 years’ experience in Financial Services, preferably with exposure to Product Control, Operations or Fund Accounting environments
• 3-5 years’ experience managing staff
• Experience with private equity and/or real estate structures is preferred
• Understanding of the transaction and investment cycle of private equity funds
• Excellent grasp of Citco’s technology platforms or ability to learn quickly

Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with clients and other key internal/external parties as required
• Drive strategic communication with clients and negotiate service level agreements (SLA)
• Develop a broad understanding of Citco business lines and product/service propositions
• Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships by cross-selling Citco products/services; coordinate new client integrations and launches
• Work with Client Integration and operations teams during onboarding of new clients
• Assist with RFP documentation and facilitate presentations and demos to prospective clients
• Collaborate with Operations to identify process improvements and system development to reduce risk and increase efficiency
• Review risk logs and coordinate incident resolution as necessary
• Compile periodic board reports, KPIs and client scorecards; conduct risk assessments and peer reviews
• Maintain client status, commentary and updates in CRM tools
• Lead operational due diligence reviews and client visits
• Participate in projects related to evolving business
• Support Executive Management in presentations to clients and prospects
• Visit clients regularly to evaluate service quality and priorities

About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our fast growing Citco Institutional Services line of business is highly competitive . Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of the CIS Client Service Team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for our complex client base.

Your Role:

• Establish professional relationships with clients and other key internal/external parties as required

• Develop a broad understanding of Citco business lines and associated product/service propositions
• Identify opportunities to expand existing relationship by cross-selling additional Citco products/services; Drive the coordination of new client integrations and existing client launches
• You will work closely with the Client Integration team and operations teams in the onboarding of new clients
• Particpate and assist with RFP documentation completion and facilitate presentation and demos to prospective clients
• Work closely with the Operations team to identify opportunities for process improvements and system development with the aim of minimizing operational risk and improving efficiencies
• Review risk logs and support, co-ordinate and communicate incident resolution as necessary
• Compile periodic board reports, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and scorecards for clients; Carry out periodic risk assessments and peer reviews of clients
• Actively maintain client status, commentary and client updates in internal CRM tools
• Lead operational due diligence reviews and client visits
• Participate and lead projects in connection with the continuing evolution of the business
• You will work in partnership with the Executive Management team, facilitate in presentations to existing and prospective clients.
• You will visit clients regularly to evaluate service quality and identify client priorities.

About You:

• You have a Bachelor or master level degree in accounting, finance, economics or professional accounting designation
• You have 5-7 years’ experience in Financial Services, preferably with exposure to Product Control, Operations or Fund Accounting environments
• You have 3-5 years’ experience managing staff.
• You preferably experience with private equity and / or real estate structures
• You have an understanding of the transaction and investment cycle of private equity funds

• You have an excellentgrasp of Citco’s various technology platforms or the ability to learn quickly.
