Job summary

THE PROFESSIONAL CLEANING PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily operations at client sites in Singapore.

You will plan schedules, allocate manpower and equipment, and liaise with clients to ensure quality service delivery. The role requires 3–5 years housekeeping/ cleaning supervisory experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and bilingual proficiency in English and other local languages.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder or above is required.
• 3–5 years housekeeping/ cleaning supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in English and other local languages.

Responsibilities

• Plan schedules for specific needs such as periodic cleaning timetable, utilizing available manpower and equipment.
• Manage cleaning operations and liaise with clients to ensure quality service delivery.
• Ensure teams adhere to safety measures during cleaning operations.
• Experienced in cleaning duties such as dusting, wiping, sweeping, mopping, handling and disposing waste.
• Perform cleaning in the premises using appropriate ride-on machinery and/or equipment with supplies as directed.
• Respond proactively and resolve and prevent all customer service situations.
• Evaluate the operations and procedures and suggest improvements.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
