Job summary

ISCA Cares Limited in Singapore seeks a Lead (Candidate Experience) to oversee the end-to-end admissions process for the SCAQ and ISCA qualification programmes, ensuring accurate eligibility assessments, smooth progression and timely candidate support.

You will lead the admissions team, coordinate with overseas teams, drive reporting, process improvements, and manage high-volume inquiries across channels, contributing to strong customer experience and KPI delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accountancy or related field.
• 5+ years of programme administration, operations, customer service, or related field.
• Experience supervising or leading teams in high-volume environments.
• Experience leading system development or enhancement projects.
• Strong governance and compliance mindset.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration of candidate admissions, enrolments, and eligibility assessments.
• Oversee high-volume queries across channels (email, phone, WhatsApp, walk-ins).
• Monitor end-to-end progression from application to graduation across pathways.
• Plan and lead annual candidature renewal and retention initiatives.
• Review and drive system change requests with ICT on requirements and testing.
• Coach and develop team members and monitor KPI delivery.
